You may be familiar with Planzer – the transport company that transports 60% of its goods by rail, for its ecological dimension.
Planzer has recently created a new brand, Planzer Parcel. For this new parcel service, Planzer operates 10 rail hubs which enable all regions of Switzerland to be served by rail, and parcels to be transported to destination regions overnight. Rail is a low-CO2, low-pollution means of transport.
Only for the last mile does Planzer colis use delivery vans.

C) Receiving a parcel at a DPD Pickup parcelshop
DPD tried to deliver a parcel but you weren’t at home? The driver has left you a message in the form of a delivery notice. This now allows you to choose the delivery option that suits you best and redirect your parcel to a DPD Pickup parcelshop.

- The item was returned to the seller using the prepaid return label provided by the seller in the return request, but the return was lost in transit, could not be delivered or you received it back.
